I was both honoured and surprised on March 21, 2013 when I was one of two teachers in the Anglophone North School District to receive a new recognition at the Annual CUTE (Creative Use of Technology in Education) Awards. Michael O'Toole and I received the "Marjorie Sinclair Award - Commitment to Technology in Learning." My school was pretty excited about the recognition too, and it also made some traction in the community. The school staff even had a big cake to celebrate!
